The Estella Society is the latest incarnation of the Estella's Revenge E-zine. Established in 2005, we were originally a broad-based humanities publication. We later narrowed our topic to books. And now we're a hub of activity for the book blogging community. We host events throughout the year and like to spread the good word about others doing the same in the book blogging world.

Beginning in October 2012, my buddy Heather and I took over hosting and organizing Dewey's 24 Hour Read-a-Thon. If you're not familiar, Dewey's is 24 hours of reading, prizes, fun challenges, and blogging community fun!

I tend to gravitate toward recruiting and preparing our Read-a-Thon co-hosts, and I also help wrangle and coordinate the distribution of prizes. It's a big job, but it's tons of fun!
